Benning Construction Company Small Business Policy affirms our goal and commitment to be a premiere government construction firm by initiating and incorporating a Small Business Program within our mission.  We invite our clients, subcontractors/suppliers/ vendors and prospective clients to integrate our vision and share with internal staff our policy to ensure our core business model and policy is understood relative to small business initiatives.

Our goal is to formulate teaming and partner alliances via our small business network for the purpose of performing within the requirements of federal government requirements.  We seek to provide quality construction services for local, state, and federal agencies.

CC intends to aggressively pursue, practical relationships for the purpose of developing and promoting our SMALL Business Program for support of contracting opportunities with government agencies.  Our mission is to afford access and opportunities to socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, women, veteran and other small businesses as well as Historically Black Colleges (HBCUs) and Minority Institutions, Tribal Colleges and Universities shall have the maximum practical opportunity to participate in subcontracts awarded by BCC in accordance with Public Laws 99-661 and 1-00-180.
